IOU Lecturer of Arabic language Dr. Abdo Alhalabi published a collection of stories, The Shining Stars in Virtuous Ethics, which speak of various Islamic values and ethics. All stories are written in Arabic and English languages.

After reviewing the book, Dr. Ibrahim Abdel Hafeez Abu Dhawi, IOU Head of the Department of Arabic Language, believes that the stories chosen for this book will remind our youth of values, which are slowly disappearing. He further holds the opinion that the style of the stories is very simple, smooth, and easy to read not only for Arab youth but also for those, who are trying to learn and understand Arabic. Hence, this book is suitable for Arab speakers as well as non-Arab speakers.
